2. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests are generally not accepted. If we cancel or modify your order, we will notify you via your registered email, address, or phone number.
3. All returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our official Return & Refund Policy. All purchases are for personal and household use only. Commercial resale, bulk redistribution, or unauthorized export is strictly forbidden.
5. Pricing & Billing Terms
1. All prices, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. The final chargeable price is the rate confirmed at the time of order placement, as shown in your order confirmation email.
2. Listed website prices do not include sales tax, shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, or import fees. We do not match prices offered by physical stores or third-party retail platforms.
3. Special promotional campaigns are governed by independent promotion terms. In case of conflict, promotion rules shall prevail over these general Terms of Service.
4. You agree to maintain up-to-date account, payment, and contact information to complete transactions smoothly. You warrant that your payment method is valid, authorized, and sufficient to cover all order charges, including taxes and shipping fees.
6. US Cross-Border Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Production & Pickup Timeline: All sword and craft items are made-to-order. After successful payment and order verification, we complete product production and quality inspection within 2 calendar days. Finished items will be handed over to designated cross-border logistics carriers immediately after inspection.
2. US Delivery Timeframe: After official carrier pickup, standard delivery to mainstream US regions takes approximately 7 working days. The maximum guaranteed delivery timeframe is 15 working days. All delivery times are estimated and not legally guaranteed, subject to customs clearance, logistics scheduling, and international transportation fluctuations.
3. Post-Pickup Refund Rules: Once the package is picked up and enters the international shipping process, no full refund will be approved for any reason. All post-pickup refund applications will be reviewed based on actual production loss, logistics costs, and cross-border handling fees. 4. Shipping Restrictions: Remote areas and all island regions are non-shippable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify shipping address eligibility before checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders with invalid or restricted delivery addresses with only principal payment refunded, without additional compensation or liability.
5. Risk & Liability Transfer: Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to the buyer immediately after carrier pickup. We are not liable for delays, detention, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, policy changes, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control. All customs fees, import taxes, and clearance charges are subject to local U.S. regulations and shall be borne by the responsible party of the transaction.
6. Address & After-Sales Rules: You must provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for order loss, damage, or return costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or buyer refusal to accept packages. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

This website is technically powered by Shopify. All purchases, transactions, and contractual relationships are exclusively between you and Castlic. Shopify is only a technical service provider and is not involved in sales transactions. Shopify shall not be held liable for product quality disputes, order losses, or any liabilities arising from transactions on our store. You fully release Shopify from all claims and damages related to your use of our Services.
