Revised Return & Refund Policy


We offer a 14-day return and refund window for all customers. You may submit a return or refund request within 14 calendar days upon receiving your goods. This policy applies only to non-edged sword and knife art crafts, including Gothic-style, Lovecraftian (Cthulhu)-style decorative crafts, kunai ornaments and other decorative weapon artworks.

To qualify for return, items must be kept in original intact, unused and unaltered condition, with all original tags, accessories and packaging complete. Valid order receipt or purchase proof is required for return verification.

Our customer service will reply and provide comprehensive solutions within 24 hours. All returns require prior official approval. Unauthorized returned parcels without pre-consent will be rejected and unprocessed.

Once your return request gets approved, we will send you an official return shipping label, together with detailed delivery guidelines and receiving address. Please follow the specifications strictly to send back the goods.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues


Please examine your parcel thoroughly right after receipt. If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items caused by our side, contact us immediately through the above contact methods. We will verify the situation and arrange refund, replacement or other after-sales solutions accordingly.

Liability Specification


Only faults attributable to the seller, including product quality defects, delivery mistakes and transit damage caused by us, are eligible for return and refund.

All costs, expenses and liabilities arising from buyers’ personal reasons such as personal dissatisfaction, improper size, impulsive purchase and wrong operation shall be borne solely by the buyer. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable refund claims.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items


The following goods cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  1. Customized Products

    All personalized custom sword and knife crafts involving pattern carving, size adjustment, color modification and exclusive bespoke services are non-refundable. No return is acceptable once production and shipment are finished.

  2. Blind Box Products

    All blind box items are final sale. No return or refund request will be accepted for any reason after purchase.

  3. Clearance discounted goods and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  4. Goods damaged, worn out, modified or incomplete in original packaging and accessories due to personal misuse will be refused for return.


Malicious Refund Prevention & Legal Statement


Malicious refund application, false defect claim and unreasonable repeated harassment are strictly prohibited. All improper behaviors will be fully recorded. We reserve the right to submit relevant evidence to platforms and pursue legal liability as well as economic compensation in accordance with laws and platform regulations. All losses incurred by buyers’ improper acts shall be undertaken by the buyer personally.

Exchange Service


If the product meets return requirements, you can first submit a return application. After the return procedure is completed, please place a new separate order for your preferred goods. Direct exchange across different styles and specifications is not supported.

Refund Processing Rules


We will review and inspect returned goods after receipt. Refund will be approved only if items comply with return standards and damages are seller-caused. Funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 business days. The actual arrival time is subject to the settlement rules of banks and payment platforms.

Please contact our customer service promptly if you fail to receive the refund 15 business days after approval, and we will help you check and resolve the issue.
